Here are your responsibilities each week. WHEN CHOOSING FROM WORKOUTS #1 PLEASE CYCLE BETWEEN WEEK 1 AND WEEK 2 FOUND ON THE SHEETS.

 

Day 1- Choose a strength workout from the WORKOUTS #1.

It can be body weight or you can use equipment if you have access to it.

 

Day 2-Choose a conditioning workout off of the WORKOUTS #1 (titled SAQ, plyos and cond.)

 

Day 3- Choose any workout from WORKOUTS #2.

 

Day 4- Choose a strength workout from WORKOUTS #1.

It can be body weight or you can use equipment if you have access to it.

 

Day 5-Choose a conditioning workout off of the WORKOUTS #1 (titled SAQ, plyos and cond.)

 

**On the conditioning days, please complete the speed, agility and plyos section as well
